Sean is an experienced legal practitioner with proven skills in a number of areas. He has a proven record in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Consumer and Credit matters, Contracts and Property transactions, among other things. Some of Sean’s major successes include high value matters in areas including banking, family law, property, and transfers of business.
Sean established IHS Law in 2008, and since then the practice has grown, now with a number of employees, and offices in West Pennant Hills and West Ryde. Sean’s achievements include supervising training and mentoring a number of his current colleagues, helping them make the transition from dependancy to self-sufficiency as they transition from mandatory supervision to unrestricted practicing certificates.
Although Sean has acted in large and high value matters, he understands that every matter is important, regardless of the size, because every matter is about helping someone achieve an objective or solve a problem.
IHS Law recently incorporated the practice of David Crapp, Solicitor in West Ryde.
Having discovered that David was retireing, I was delighted that we were able to agree to terms for me to pick up where he is leaving off. I am looking forward to learning as much as possible from David, to meeting his clients, and to continuing the level of service, and good honest and direct advice, mixed with a little humour where appropriate, that David has achieved and has become his trade mark over the impressive number of years that he has been in practice.
I hope that one day I will enjoy the same strength of relationship with those that call me their lawyer as David has developed and fostered with his many clients that he now calls friends.
